This estate agent left us with toilets leaking through ceilings, filthy conditions, fencing down, burst pipe with no emergency numbers, mouldy internal walls, bathroom floor falling through and told us to leave straight away with no alternative.

The 2 people (Phillippa and Sharyn) that showed us around the property were really positive and upbeat and answered questions we had. That then leads us onto Donetta, the lady that dealt with the purchase. She was amazing from start to finish, always brightening up your day whenever you had a phone call with her and would always answer any questions we had. She went far and beyond to get the purchase completed in good timing and did everything she could to help us. We would absolutely have dealings with Robinson Reade again.
