Update. Quba & Co answered my complaint 4 years later. How they managed to look into this query 4 years later I have no idea!!




We received some t-shirts as a gift for Christmas which were the incorrect size. Quba & Co are not willing to help exchange these unless it is within 28 days and we have a receipt. I have had 2 staff from customer services just stop emailing me.
I would suggest not to buy presents from this company as it is impossible to get any help if the item is wrong.
