I had a vision in why my mind of "Under the Tuscan Sun." I wanted an amazing, historic villa for my first trip to Italy and to celebrate my 70th birthday. This villa was my dream come true. We needed 7 bedrooms each with it's own bath, large eating area, kitchen and great views. We got it all and a swimming pool. All of my guests cannot not say enough of what a great time they had. Silvia made us feel at home and even came by for my birthday.

My wife and I very very happy with our rental of Casa Spina.It is very large and definitely very "Italian" Everything in the apartment was in good condition and worked well. The location of the apartment is excellent; about a one minute walk to the main town square. A couple of minor complaints are (1) that there were several different types of electric outlets and (2) there was no air conditioning, although there were numerous fans. Neither of these minor items would stop us from renting it again.
Rent Villas was very easy to work with and very responsive to our questions. We will definitely work with Rent Villas again.

"5 Couples enjoying the Burgundy Region"

This was an amazing spacious Villa with plenty of amenities located in the heart of Burgundy.
We had a total of 5 couples and never felt cramped. Very private and large lot across from the river. Plenty of room for eating both indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed the pool, steam room and sauna and visited many of the local markets, all in close proximity to the Villa. We also enjoyed biking on the trails close to the Villa.

We Spent a splendid week at Casa Donnini in October and couldn't have had a better vacation. We met up with our Adult children and Casa Donnini offered the perfect place, private bedrooms and bathrooms for all and a great Kitchen, great room and patio for spending valuable time catching up. We sipped wine and enjoyed the great view. Local grocery, bakery, butcher and pizzeria were perfect for supplies while at the villa. We were ten minutes to the train station to get to Florence and all destination desired. Your in the heart of the village but sitting on the patio you would believe you were the only people in the valley. We have this on our list of return some day in the future.
