I came with an enquiry about having a lens repaired. We had a useful conversation which helped me to decide a few days later to buy a new lens. The store in Kendal helped me to buy on line. my only disappointment was my preferred new lens was no longer available.

The placing of the order was ok, the updates I got were ok but the condition of the parcel when I got it was terrible. It was delivered by Parcel Force, one corner of the box was damaged and bust. It looks like it took a fall on the way, not great for a £2300 lens! Luckily the lens was fine. The box could have done with ‘fragile’ on the box. It may have been treated a bit better.
