The only criticism is in delivery. Other products from British Hardwoods has been delivered by them directly. However these skirtings and architraves were delivered by DX, who saw fit to leave the oak in a pile in the garden, without having even rung the doorbell. Fortunately the weather was good and we found them before too long.

A really beautiful product, well made, and was so easy to fit (if you have the right tools). Online ordering was straight forward, I did have to call them to adjust my order, but it was well within time, and they were happy to help.
