Based on my experience I would thoroughly recommend British Hardwoods and will buy from them again. The skirting board I purchased online was processed in line with their estimated timescale. It was delivered in secure robust packaging. The Customer Services team were excellent in resolving the non delivery of the skirting by the courier within 15 minutes. As part of their customer care process they wanted me to let them know when my order had been delivered and that I was happy with the delivery service I received. "A review for sawn oak boards…"

A review for sawn oak boards…. My first order for non PAR timber. Timber appears to be of excellent quality, well dried. Supplied in a mix of widths but my order was generally of boards 3.5m long. Slight curve across some boards but fine to rip down to 70mm wide timbers. Seems to rip very well 👍. Delivery exactly as promised and BH driver very helpful and polite - the usual great service.
