Ordered online very easy process, my beam was ready to collect earlier than advised and I was dealt with straight away when I went to collect it.
Beam was just as expected.
Would use the firm again as I have before with flooring.

A nice solid oak beam (very heavy) that I decided to sand off myself, a few splits add character as desired, I'm now drilling a few holes (hate to do it to fine oak) in the top to reduce the weight as it isn't structural, just cosmetic across a door opening 1.5 metres so it is the perfect length without cutting. Very quickly delivered within a few days, faster than stated on the website. Polite on time delivery men who did actually help to lift. You will need to be there with muscle power usually. Great product, good communication, fast service, would use again without hesitation. Thankyou British Hardwoods.
