A bit of a learning curve, but once you understand how Blackship's service works, it's very easy to repeat orders with them. I've used them since June and made four shipments in the past two months for fountain pens and inks. All of my shipments arrived safely so far. Perhaps a lower fee for certain additional requests (e.g. combining orders, adding "fragile" sticker, extra padding for inks, etc.) would make this service even better, but aside from the pricing I am satisfied with the service. Will continue to use them until I find another company who has the same quality service with better pricing.
