Very professional and organized company. I have only used them twice but the amount of options in shipping, package protection, pictures, priority shipping etc. makes me come back to them for any products that do not ship internationally.

Once you register with them (free) they will verify your address which is usually completed within 24 hours. They then create a virtual address assigned to your account (free) that you will use for the entirety of your account.

I have a bias for “Made in Japan” tools and thanks to Blackship - I can trust them to do a good job at communicating with me when they receive my items as well as ship them out when I want. They also do a great job at boxing my items neatly.

When I have a question I am guaranteed a response within 24 hours, and they are thorough. I will continue to use them going forward.
