Customer service is outstanding. Even complicated and time consuming issues such as support with customs clearance are not something Blackship staff shies away from. The website is very user friendly. I especially like the shipping cost preview feature for checking shipping estimates of package combinations, which allows me to check various constellations of package combinations. Both points are USPs competitors simply don't offer. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Blackship.com and have been using them for a couple of years now. Some Japanese businesses only allow items to be shipped to a Japanese address. As an American, I was happy to have discovered Blackship via Reddit. The website was user friendly and they have step by step guides and videos on how to input your Japanese address and are always prompt on communication. All of my packages have been carefully packaged and all items were safely delivered. They give you many shipping options that can be catered to different budgets also. Extremely satisfied with Blackship!
