I have used Blackship for 8 or 9 deliveries and to they have been professional and always packaged my items well with bubble wrap being used extensively! Their service can be a bit intimidating to use for the first time (having to use Japanese addresses and having to physically order from Japanese websites) but it offers great flexibility, as you can pick exactly which packages to ship when and also allows purchases from second hand marketplaces such as Surugaya, which other services don't offer. You have complete control over what is written on the custom declaration as well. It won't be for people who want a simple "click and go" service but is great for people who buy secondhand things which may not be available otherwise.
