My experience at Harley Therapy and specifically with Ahi Wheeler was excellent and life-changing. Ahi is thoughtful, detailed, attentive, supportive, and engaging. In a short time, she helped me discover, in a reflective and meditative way, what influences how I react to certain things, how to make sense of the feelings that emerge in those situations, and how to manage things that could trigger similar responses in me. I always left our sessions feeling more accepting of myself, more confident, and altogether happier. I'm so grateful to have had the chance to work with Ahi--truly exceptional!

Over the course of the next 18 months I was able to overcome most of my insecurities which enabled me to live an independent lifestyle and engage in healthy relationships with people. I was also able to observe others and myself more objectively, and the goals in my life became clearer.
