We wanted a 6x4m cabin with two rooms at the bottom of our garden and did loads of research first. The prices some companies wanted were astronomical and Tranquil seemed good value compared to them. Plus all the five star reviews convinced us to give them a go. And we are so glad we did! At the site visit, Mark was so accommodating, listening to all our ideas and telling us what was possible. My husband fancies himself as a bit of a project manager and can be quite exacting but even he was impressed! Tranquil’s quotes are completely transparent - it is obvious exactly what you are paying for and you can decide whether the extras are worth the cost. That made the initial process very stress free. The team arrived on a very hot Monday evening and were absolutely unbelievable in how they worked. The whole thing ran like clockwork even in 30 degree heat. Materials arrived on time, Mark briefed us at every step and our new garden room sprang up in four days! We opted for the red cedar on the front, two rooms, underfloor heating and some extra bespoke decking. The result is so, so beautiful. I really can’t fault tranquil and still think it is the best value for money around. All we have to do now is paint it. Thanks Mark and the team, you have made us very happy and I am now showing off my garden room to everyone!

We recieved a 5 star service from start to finish. We really could not be happier with the service an quality provided by Tranquil Garden Rooms.

Initial contact was brilliant. Emma was really fast getting back to me and we worked together to get the quote and spec I was happy with. I asked for 4 adjustments in total and Emma did them quickly and efficiently. Once agreed, a date was booked and I was given all the info I needed to get the site ready. Mark came out to do a site visit and answered all my questions, he was very patient. They checked in with me a few times before work commenced and were very helpful with questions I had about the electrics.

Once work started we just could not believe how efficient they were. Military precision springs to mind! I took the first day off work so I could be at home but the rest of the week I had to go out. I left them with a key and they treated the house respectfully and were very tidy workers. 4 lads attended in total including Mark who overseen the project. This meant the work progressed quickly and was completed in 4 days. They were so well organised and all 4 were real craftsmen. During the process I asked for a few minor changes and they were done with out complaint or fuss.

On completion they talked me through everything and left the site clean and tidy. I really can't fault the workmanship on the build, it is of very high quality and we are extremely pleased with it.

There was one very minor snag, as soon as I informed them they wanted to come back immediately to fix it and were there the following morning. They were really apologetic but it was not necessary as it was such a tiny issue, it further demonstrated how professional they are.

We now have a fantastic garden room that we can enjoy for years to come and they really was not a single problem from start to finish. We highly recommend this company and thank them very much for a fantastic room!

"Brilliant company, brilliant garden room"

We were in the market for a 5.5 x 3m garden room and after conducting obsessive research, we decided that Tranquil seemed to offer the best of all worlds and we were not disappointed. I would recommend them for the following reasons:

-The garden rooms they offer are built to a high spec, but at a lower price than everyone else offering the same thing. I was concerned that there was going to be a catch, but there wasn’t.

- They are completely upfront about how much the finished product will cost, unlike a lot of other companies, who engage in smoke and mirrors and overuse of the word ‘bespoke’ in order to conceal the actual price.

- From the start to the finish of the process they were a joy to work with. Emma in the office was always extremely helpful and quick to respond to any query. Mark and the team were the best tradespeople you could ever want in your garden for 3.5 days: really friendly, competent, hardworking, tidy, respectful and cheerful.

The finished thing exceeded expectations. All in all, unless you want something that Tranquil can’t offer, don’t hesitate to go with this brilliant company.

"Professional and reliable team for garden room"

If you are looking for a professional team to help you building a sturdy garden room that offer value for money and efficient services, Tranquil Garden Rooms team is the supplier you could rely on. In just 4 days, they have completed the building of our garden office from scratch at very good quality despite the rain. We did find some minor defects the next day after they finished the work and their team came within a few days to fix them and it looks perfect now. Once we have installed the electricity and finished painting it, we should be able to use it. Thanks Mark and Emma team and keep up for all the great work!

"A stunning Garden Room"

Having had a summer house built in our garden in 2021 we thought we had everything. Alas, it leaked water by the bucket load and was soaked inside throughout the winter. In desperation, we needed to find something that would be fit for purpose i.e. dry and totally waterproof. We wanted this to be used as a hobby/garden room.
Having found Tranquil and researched what it had to offer we went ahead. A lot of money yes!!! but I can only say it was 100% worth it.

Mark and his team (including Emma) who liased with us from beginning to end, were absolutely brilliant. The team arrived on the day at the given time and all I can say is that they were brilliant. Worked so well as a team throughout our build. Professional, skilled, polite and lovely to have in our garden/house. They certainly restored our faith in trades people. We have never ever had a team or crew work so hard and diligently before. The Garden Room is fantastic. We watched every part of it as it was built. Materials were excellent in quality, as was the team's skills. One of their main skills, was, in my view, planning ahead and ensuring that all materials were available when required. No wasting of time or waiting about for things to be delivered. No excessive use of mobile phones either which in this day and age is ONE HUGE POSITIVE. We would recommend this company to anybody. "I’m so pleased with the garden snug…"

I’m so pleased with the garden snug that Tranquil Garden Rooms created a few weeks ago. The process from start to finish was reassuringly straight forward. Mark and the team were professional throughout the build and were a lovely company to have around and communicate with. The end result looks splendid. I would recommend using this company to my family and friends. The room is already proving to be a great asset, both for a little escape and for socialising. I have an espresso coffee machine, prosecco in a little fridge and a comfy velvet sofa in mine, so it really is a lovely little snug to escape to!

We’re so pleased with our garden room which is going to be made into a studio/workshop for my small business. Mark and the team were highly professional, quick and extremely tidy while carrying out the build last week.

"The best garden room by far"

Firstly the quality of the build and attention to detail was first class and all completed in 7 days. The team were a pleasure to be around and Mark kept me informed all the way through and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had the perfect bespoke build. As an example, putting extra supports for my tv bracket and plug sockets where I wanted. Three weeks on the room is all we wanted and more, all the elements work really well, the insulation is great, the fire Mark supplied is superb, it’s a well designed thought through solution.
Would thoroughly recommend as my build will stand up to any scrutiny. I was actually sorry to see the team go and the dog still misses them!
