You sent me the wrong shoes. Id bought it online and pointed out to you that whats advertised on your site, is not what I got. You couldn't replace it with the shoe as ordered from site. Assured me that you would bring it to the attention of your webmaster or whoever. Days later, your website has still not been changed and the red label on the too of the shoe is still there. Very bad.

From all the barefoot brands they are stylish and comfortable. It is a strong and lasting shoe, my first pair must be almost 3+ years old and are still going strong with regular wear.
Vivo Barefoot is always willing to help. I have now bought several of their shoes, and love wearing them. When there is a hiccup with an order it is sorted in days.

"Absolute arrogance and shocking store manager"
This review is not about the shoes, but about one individual store manager and my experience.
I love the shoes, but I had the worst customer experience I have had in my 20 years of buying running shoes. I have been buying vivos since 2017, and Stuart was always extremely helpful, informed, and generally just a great representative.
However, I bought shoes during black November, online, and was later informed that these shoes are out of stock. No problem, and I was offered a new pair when they arrive in December or a refund, which was really great of them. I opted for a new pair, and when they arrived on January 17, 2024, I realised they were a half-size too big, even though they are the size I usually go with. I literally tried them on at home, walked a few steps from my desk to the lounge, turned around, took them off and placed them back into the box, not thinking to check the underside. I called the shop and was told that I can exchange for a half size smaller, no problem.
I went to exchange for a smaller size this past weekend and was met by an extremely rude, arrogant, and aggressive manager who told me that my shoes were clearly worn and filthy. There was some dust on the sole from when I tried them on, which I rubbed off easily right there. He became more aggressive then just started ignoring me
I was there to look for shoes for my 6-year-old boy as well, and this experience has not only lost one lifelong customer but two.
I contacted customer service and have received no response.
Absolute arrogance and terrible overall demeanor and service. I really hope that other people have complained about this guy, as he is not a good representative of the brand.

"Very poor communication"
Very poor communication. I sent a mail to follow up on an order that was long overdue and a week later I've not heard any response from them. They sent out an e-mail my product was ready for shipping (and I even got a tracking number), but then it took more than a week for them to actually dispatch the item.

General website experience is good however communication about delivery is honestly the poorest I’ve ever experienced. It seems my order is in some sort of limbo as the courier company refuses to collect it due to “not packaged properly”
