"Absolutely shocking customer service"
Absolutely shocking customer service, I ordered a pair which was too big for me, I see they did free swaps on sizes. When I contacted them about a swap, They delivered the second pair to the wrong address and then I ended up with two pairs, having to print out Courier forms to return the other one, having never had them collected. I spoke to Stuart and he said that I could return them in store, which is far from my house. Stuart did not mention anything about any timeframe. I was away for work for six weeks and did not have much time to return them. When I took both pairs into the store in order to change them for a wider foot, as these ones were very narrow, they did not have stock arrive of the wider foot one, yet, which was meant to be in store three weeks ago. They then sent me an email Today saying they will not accept my returns as it’s within a never before mentioned seven day return policy. Stuart did not mention the policy at all, having corresponded with me and now they’re sending me back to useless pairs of shoes. They’re saying they were worn but only one pair was walked in down the road and up.
I’ve sent the email correspondence with Stuart to the other guy that rejected my return and he ignored them, only to courier my shoes back later in the day.
There could have been a resolution but they seemed set their judgement on me, that I was trying to cheat them. The guy in the Claremont store was really judgemental and combatitive about the return.
