Our old tap had given up the ghost and we needed a new one fitted.
I've used GW Heating for all my gas heating and plumbing needs before. Once again they did not let me down. They are always on time, always clean up immaculately and Lorenzo did a brilliant job with the tap and did not leave until he was sure I was happy with the job.

Contacted Gareth in regards to converting a very old system boiler to a new combination boiler.
Gareth was very helpful and sent out Dan the same day to have a closer look at the layout of our boiler system. After having a few other quotes in the week, and yes they were cheaper but their products were cheaper. Eventually we decided to pay the little more to receive a better product and service.
The following week, Dan and Lorenzo came to install our new boiler. In the two days that these guys were here, they did a great job around our home and everything was done to a very high standard, leaving no mess behind.
We are pleased with the level of professionalism and service we received! Thank you guys!

We were impressed by the friendly yet professional service provided by Gareth Williams Heating Ltd. Our 21-year-old (!!!) boiler stopped working (unsurprisingly), though we were given several options as to how to proceed - e.g. repair or completely replace it - without any uncomfortable 'hard sell' techniques that many service providers employ. As soon as we decided to replace the boiler, Gareth Williams Heating Ltd swiftly organised a day and time, suitable for us, to get the new boiler installed. Despite it being such a challenging job, Lorenzo and his colleague (whose name we didn't know, sorry!) from Gareth Williams Heating Ltd kept disruption to a minimum and quickly resolved an issue with a leak into the kitchen as well. We highly recommend Gareth Williams Heating Ltd :)
