Complete scammers. I asked for a refund after 1 hour of them taking £106 from my account and they said they were too busy. Tried calling every day and they kept refusing to refund the money. Their email on their page is bouncing back. In the process of involving Ombudsman. Then they said lots of people is asking for refund. This only happened 4 days ago. They set up a fake persona on the web and are scamming honest hardworking people.

Tom has been a great help since taking over as my account manager. He’s always available if I have any questions or concerns and can’t thank him enough for helping me in the process of having my new website created, even speaking to the previous company on my behalf when they started using technical terminology which obviously went way over my head. Really good customer service, the directory guys will now be looking after my google business page and website going forward and I don’t have to stress, knowing it’s all in good hands!

My google business page was suspended for a reason unbeknown to me, so i approached The Directory Guys to see if they could resolve the issue.

Frank, who handled my issue, was excellent. He explained the process clearly, and within a matter of days my page was up and running again, thanks to his knowledge regarding similar issues other people have had. I can't thank them enough.
