Although I was a little sceptical at first I decided to give it a go since it was on offer. I am currently working with a health coach in order to get toned and lose more weight so I was curious to know which foods might be slowing me down. I need high protein intake due to my activities. I had a little trouble with getting blood the first time but I found that taking it a couple of cm down from the baby finger was easier. Have someone there to help with putting it in as you swiftly squeeze it out. I wasn’t sure on the reliability of the test but was told it was >97% accuracy and that it’s measured through twice. It is also more reliable than other types of tests (eg hair). It’s really good to know that egg whites are a problem for me. I recommend booking a follow up call with a nutritionist so that they can go into more detail with you on any queries you might have. Lauren Williams was brilliant I left the call feeling more confident about my next steps. The recommendation for me is to stop the foods that are in the red zone for the next 6 months to let my gut heal. Overall my profile indicates that my gut is pretty tolerant to most foods which is what I kind of thought anyway but it’s good to know what is causing a bit of problems for me at the moment (the intolerances are not lifelong). Overall I would say that it is money that has been very well spent and I look forward to a healthier gut!. 5 stars.

Supply life was recommended to me by my GP and it was an easy process and very interesting results. The results were easy to understand and the follow up consultation with Oliver G was excellent! All in all a great experience, easy, professional and the results will help me to make informed choices to improve my health and wellbeing.

Do not use this site. My results showed 4 foods that I have never eaten. I asked about still having to pay for meal plans and a nutritionist and they told me I had to speak to a nutritionist. Total waste of time and money.

Confirmed what I already knew plus a few surprises

I know dairy doesnt like me - drink milk, eat cheese etc and I blow up

My dairy measurement was off the chart, but also turns out goat and sheep is not great also

Gluten was on there as was brewers yeast :(

I've cut dairy out totally and feel better already - the others (which were a lower score), I'm just going to try and manage but at least know what's causing it when I bloat

Test process easy

Results pretty quick coming back and easy to digest (forgive the pun!)

Did the test posted straight away over a week later got a text to say sample was too old need to do another I replied straight away they read the reply and no response. Messages again next day read no response messaged again no response called them to be told it happens sometimes the samples don’t get delivered fast enough when questioned about the lack of reply I got a response of it happens sometimes. No customer service lack of updates and replies avoid go with a more customer focused company less stress
