Accused me of making loads of calls to them when I only made 1. The owner obviously has it set up so it diverts to his mobile and rings and rings because it took 15 minutes before someone answered. Everything was great apart from that and them sending me 3 dead vapes but they did correct it with no issues each time. Unfortunately all that was enough to put me off ever ordering from them again
