This is a clever scam website of the highest order. Everything looks legit from the ordering process, through to the chat function. Ordered a Makita Circular Saw July 26th and it didn’t arrive within the timescales promised. Cancelled the order and still waiting for the refund (which obviously I’m not going to get). DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Pay an extra few £/€/$ the normal known seller site. Stay Safe

I ordered a Karcher pressure washer on 27 June. Two months later and I still have not received it or a refund. After innumerable chasing emails and excuse replies about being held up in customs, on 9 Aug I had an order update indicating the order had been changed to refunded. It is now two weeks later and no sign of a refund. This company are either scam artists or exceedingly inefficient and ineffective with an administration organisation to match. Don't order from this firm.

A total scam, and I am so annoyed with myself that I did not check out these reviews before purchasing a Karcher, just to save £20! After purchase you get the odd strange email about 'awaiting fulfillement', and then 'greetings' email, then 'awaiting shipment' which all seemed a bit odd so I checked out the reviews, the emails are obviously an attempt to buy some time. The phone number doesn't exist, the positive reviews are fake, as indicated by the slightly strange use of grammar, the live chat will respond until you ask for a refund, a refund was promised, but it will obviously not happen, how this site is still up and running I really don't know, where are Trading Standards?

Dear Trust Pilot readers this is an update to a previous review.
Original order for two Makita batteries 13th July and after no updates or delivery this order was cancelled and a refund requested 22nd July
Today 22 August after many many requests and being told between 3-10 working days for refund it is now over a month and i still have not received a refund.

"Criminal Scam Artists"

Without any doubt whatsoever, Garstore is a SCAM website. They are not a UK based company and are simply out to steal your money.

They use a half-decent professional website, low prices and quick turnaround on email queries to lull you into a false sense of security.

Also, by showing a level of commitment in responding to emails and using delay tactics I believe they are trying to minimise the number of 'customers' who have a cashback option available to them through banks or third party payment handlers (in my case Zen payment didn't want to know).

My item (£360 petrol generator) never arrived and then it was excuse after excuse. I came here to find countless one-star reviews.

Luckily my bank saw straight through these criminals a refunded me through their Internet fraud policies.

I can't begin to imagine how much money these people are STEALING.

PLEASE AVOID THESE CRIMINALS.

I would give this company a no star if possible , ordered a pool July 13th on the belief it would take 8-12 business days , several emails later determined they never had any intention of delivering it , totally spoilt my 9 year olds summer, asking when is my pool coming ? Avoid this company wish I’d read reviews before ordering
