"Meh I guess"

Nothing special, honestly, bed was okay but different from pictured. The managing director was very snarky in emails following a failed delivery when I enquired about whether the couriers had arrived in their timeslot as indeed a lot do and my mum had taken the day off specifically to be there. Honestly just wouldn’t buy from them anything again, not a good experience. But I guess they aren’t terrible.

Excellent service, a few minor problems but when emailing got an answer within minutes from Simon who was very quick to sort problem out. Would definitely buy from this c9mpany again and recommend them to family and friends.
