Bought a teknix 12kg washer 4th December 2024. It's not working as the electric control board is faulty. I use it in my dry cleaners for shirts and light items and I realise that over use etc. in a 'commercial' unit would invalidate any guarantee mechanically but as the machine is light use only I would have expected the electronic control to last longer than 3 months I might have well gone outside and chucked £350.00 in the air, the machine is used about 3 times a week on quick wash for 6 to 12 shirts at a time very very angry and disappointed that Paul Davies has not challenged TEKNIX on dodgy appliances

Update: I never discussed the location and I am absolutely aware that the guarantee would not cover it as far as the mechanical side side of things, but as its the electronic control panel which is faulty I did think some help from somewhere might have been appropriate even if it was info on how to acquire a new control panel - the actual machine is perfect - how does this issue negate how poor this part is?????
