"Edgeriders - Great service!!"

Went to Edgeriders last Saturday for replacement parts for my knackered K2 Bindings and to my amazement was supplied in less that 2 minutes with parts for 2011 vintage bindings. I had thought the bindings were good for the bin, and fully expected that the parts wouldn't be available.

Thank you Edgeriders - very good service and loads of stock

"Customer service goes above and beyond"

Originally found them because they had the lowest prices and ordered from their Amazon store. There was a slight mix up in the order but they went above and beyond to correct it. Would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them to others.

"Highly Recommended"

The customer service at EdgeRiders is fantastic. I am a big fan of Apple's customer service and often wish that UK companies could provide customer service as good, after all,it ensures happy customers who will return and recommend when they get good service. EdgeRiders are as good. Without any hassle, they organised a a pick-up and replacement for an item I had ordered. So quick, easy and pain free. Well done EdgeRiders. I will DEFINITELY use them again.

"Exceptional customer service!"

Absolutely bowled over with the customer service! I wanted to get my snowboard binding replaced on warrenty and they made the whole process really easy and stress free! Great communication throughout, which makes such a difference! I can't recommend EdgeRiders highly enough! Keep up the good work guys! Thanks again, Ed Smith - a very happy customer!

The customer service was brilliant, there was a probably with my order being out of stock so they provided me with an alternative with no extra cost - they even rebooked it on a next day delivery for me

"Fantastic Customer Service"

Absolutely top customer service from Charlie and the EdgeRiders team. I bought a set of bindings from you a few years ago. After a few seasons the toe strap has broken (normal wear and tear). I got back in contact with them and they've managed to find a replacement part for me for no charge. Throughout the process they've been easy to communicate with and extremely helpful.

I was really impressed with Edge Riders customer service. I had an issue with he type of board that would suit my riding style so Charlie talked me through it without ever pressing me to buy from Edge Riders. He was very helpful throughout and maintained a great level of proactive communication.

"Defo would!"

Can't rate these guys enough! Took me ages to decide on a set of Goggles for the 2016 season, these guys were bang on price and the product was immaculate! Recived a gift with the product and also a £50 wine voucher! Present was for a girl really but it's the thought that counts... Wine is the dogs however and much appreciated!! Already about to place another order!!!
