"Literally the worst company I've EVER…"

Literally the worst company I've EVER dealt with... Ordered a Watch and received an empty tin and box, the company was 'dealing' with it and after providing me with cctv which proved nothing (showed watch being packaged but not posted or no proof it was dispatched to me without being tampered with) the company then proceeded to ignore me when asking for a letter of deadlock to esclate to the retail ombudsman. I was declined a refund by PayPal initially, however as I had to involve the police and action fraud I was finally issued a refund by Paypal! Still receiving no response from watch nation. I'd avoid this company like the plague and NEVER buy from them again!

"Good after sales service from Watchnation"

I ordered my watch from Watchnation and it came well packaged. Unfortunately the case had cracked during transport and I emailed to ask if it's possible to receive a new case. They were quick to respond and said will send a new case. However after 2 weeks and no case, I emailed again to which I've received another reply saying another case will be sent and this time with tracking. It's been a nice experience to deal with a company that cares and responds even for the smallest of things.I will keeping a lookout for future purchases from this company.It has been a very positive experience. Thank you

Update:30th Sept 2019 - a same branded case has arrived though not of the same size/model as original case. happy with transaction regardless

Been looking for a certain model of Seiko and Watchnation had it in stock and for the best price I had seen.
Ordered it at 3.30 on a Friday, was delivered at 10 the next morning!
The watch I ordered is notorious for having some QC issues but I asked for them to check before sending and the one I got is perfect.
I also requested the bracelet to be sized but unfortunately it was done too small and the spare links were not in the box.
A quick call to Brian and this was solved right away. The links came today (Monday) and they also made a gesture for me to get the bracelet resized locally (it's the horrible and fiddly Seiko pin and collar style!)

Can't fault the service and how they went over and above to help.

I would happily recommend them to others, and I have!
