"Unwearable Lorus RXN77DX9 "

My Lorus RXN77DX9 arrived and I saw that it had a large 'L' on the back, presumably for 'Large'. It was designed for a bodybuilder - so big it was unwearable.
I accept that it was non-adjustable but assumed it would be 'average' size as other watches I have bought.
I couldn't see any mention of this on your website. Do I now have to throw it away? £45 wasted. I have bought two similar Lorus watches in the past. When the batteries ran out it was totally impossible to get the backs back on again. So frustrated I even took it to two experienced watch repairers with all the equipment (which cost me more that the price of the watch) and they both gave up, disgusted. What is going on with them. And now Lorus have shafted me again. What best to do? Thanks.
