Watch strap fell apart after a couple of months - I sent photos and requested a placement or a refund and got a standard reply saying to send it to an address and if I met their requirements I would get it back after 6 weeks. Insinuated I have damaged the watch myself which I hadn't. Shouldn't have to do this with a faulty product I brought from a retailer. Rip off website.
