I didn't understand the adjustable clasp. I gave my wrist measurement as 21 cm. When the watch arrived the two arms of the bracelet totalled 21cm so I thought there had been some confusion.. The person I spoke to at watch nation didn't refer to the adjustable clasp and just said itcouldn't be made smaller and I could return for a refund. I took it to a local jewellery store and was fitted free within minutes

Amazing company to buy from!! I started getting interested in Orient watches recently and wanted to buy three from their website because prices was really competitive. Being new to watches, I wanted to buy with peace of mind so I had watchnation verified by UK's Orient distributor Time and Moore to confirm watchnation is legit. They 100% are :).

I spoke to watchnation over the phone a couple of times and the service / advice was impeccable. They also do a strap adjustment service before sending out the watches which is great. The three watches I purchased came perfectly packaged and with relief, I love all three of them very much. Really look forward to giving them wrist time.
