Really happy with the watch and speed of delivery, unhappy that the watch strap was not altered to my size as requested,which then cost me £25 in a reputable jeweller's to be altered.

First time using Watch Nation and I will 100% be using again. Fantastic service and insane delivery. Ordered at 3:45pm & it was delivered by 12pm the next day. Also I had to show ID and sign for delivery which is extra peace of mind that it’s delivered to the right person.

I never write reviews, good or bad but this is an exception!! Purchased the watch in July 2024. Watch stopped working in November 2024, time stopped and rattling sound inside the mechanism. Contacted WatchNation who directed me to the repairer, Locker Hull & Thornton, to get the watch fixed. Watch returned in mid December 2024, still rattling inside the mechanism, basically just had a service done. Contacted WatchNation and they have again directed me to Locker Hull & Thornton. I would have expected at the very least an offer of a replacement from WatchNation given I had only had the watch for a matter of around five months. I have many watches but this is the first time I have purchased from WatchNation and I shall not be purchasing from them again.
