What an amazing fun experience with Mud Master. BRILLIANT. My instructer, Carl was excellent and delivered such fun. Some of the hills were insane but Carl gave excellent guidance and took me through the most insane tracks, water and mud that I would never believe even a Land Rover could manage. Absolutely amazing and many many thanks to Carl, An amazing and brilliant time. Thank you!

A fantastic mornings Rally driving at Brans Hatch with the team from MSV.
All the staff were friendly and extremely professional.
My instructor was brilliant. He was clearly enthusiastic and loved his job. I dont think I've ever learned so much or laughed so much while trying to learn a new skill.
Booking online was a breeze.
I recived an email the day before with excellent easy to follow instructions.
I've attended a number of driving experiences. MSV was definitely the best by miles

I purchased 3 x tickets costing £99.00 for myself, my son and my friend for the BTCC avent at Snetterton circuit on 14th of August 2022, unfortunately my son contracted covid so was unable to attend, I sent an email to MSV who replied as follows.

Thanks for letting us know.
Race meeting tickets aren’t refundable for any reason (other than total cancellation of the event itself). We may be able to offer a credit to your MSV account to cover this ticket, but will require proof of the positive test, please. This will need to be the confirmatory email you receive from the NHS once you’ve uploaded the result.

This is far from good customer service and to add insult to injury the two of us who were able to attend were at no time asked to show our tickets, we just walked in with thousands of others, no ticket checks and no ticket sales, so if you attended without a ticket you would get in free of charge.

"Great Rally Day Experience "
I attended the MSV Brands Hatch Rally experience over the bank holiday weekend and I had the best time! The Senior Instructor, Ken, took me out as a member of the team had not arrived for work that day. I appreciated him stepping in so that I wasn't cancelled. Great leadership. He was knowledgeable and talented and helped me to get the best out of my experience. Would highly recommend this experience to anyone who is looking for something different to a normal 'track day'.

"The Best motorsports experience ever "
I went for the BMW M4 experience at Brands Hatch and it was brilliant from start to finish. You had a briefing and de-brief with your host every session and they always had time to answer your questions or chat about the session. The professional coaches were very good always encouraging you to get the most out of the session with constant feedback with every lap. The feeling of going so fast was incredible and I was able to buy a photo of me driving the car through the MSV media team.
Your friends and family members can also watch at a couple of vantage points as well as get some food and drinks from the cafe.
This is the second time of me doing this experience and I will do it again.

I booked a 2 day package at brands hatch h for myself and my son for 11th and 12th May 2024 and unfortunately my 93 year old father has been taken to hospital and requested transfer of tickets to October and was told need to provide hospital letter for tickets to be transferred. I am not prepared to waste NHS staff time when they have more important things to do. Where had common sense and customer gone. Upset will ne er attend brands hatch again. Will probably not attend Btcc events in the future.

This review is the trackside package upgrade. The circuit is great and we spent the previous day in Knickerbrook, highly recommend. If you're thinking of booking this upgrade don't. Firstly, there is no designated parking. Fair enough but you're not told that and we only just got into the main car park on time.
This is a small room with 4 tables for approx. 28 people. we were on one of the front tables view below. The only clear view of the track is the front 4 seats, all you could watch from the back is the TV.
I have a gluten intolerance and was told to report it to staff on arrival. You would think no one had attended with an intolerance / allergy before and after many conversations they managed to put together a sandwich and cake. I would say all the staff are very lovely and professional. The catering manager told me that they have tried several different layouts in this suite but people always complain.
We had to ask for the WIFI code, only found the bar when we went to the loo and had to ask for bottled water, which we were told we would get.
The food is bland beige at best and trying to be too fancy. All this for £129 each.
I did look in the platinum lounge and this has more space and staggered tables. You also get a hot meal. If you are one of the tables at the front then the view of the track is good.
I have complained, as I suspect most of the people except the front 4 will. Pure greed on the part of MSV.

I was at an msv track day yesterday at Bedford autodrome with msv, I have to say what a breath of fresh air from msv staff, really polite and helpful and go out of there way to help, especially the lady at sign on, the best by far
