Didn’t include the shallot for my ingredients! So I used a red onion.
Instructions were terrible compared to ‘hello fresh’ who are very simple instructions.

We love their frozen dough balls which make lovely pizzas. We tried the cook your own Beef Wellington which was delicious but my partner found the instructions a bit fiddly. He struggled a bit with some of the steps and felt the timings etc were possibly for a very confident cook. Still 5 stars for quality.
