"Tickets for El Clasico not delivered. Where is my refund??"

I purchased two tickets for Real vs Barça match (El Clasico - April 23rd) through Guarantee Tickets site (order 26782) and the staff told me more than once (via online chat) everything was fine. However, I received a message from GT on April 9th informing that it wouldn't be possible to provide the order and that I would be refunded. I reproduce the full message below (Liuca Yonaha is my wife):

"Dear Liuca Yonaha
unfortunately, we are unable to provide the order you have requested.
Therefore, your order number 26782 has been canceled. Our team will process a refund to your account.
Please disregard all previous emails you have received from us.

Sincerely
Guarantee Tickets Team"

Unfortunately, the quickness GT has shown to ask for payment is far from being the same to refund its customers, as I can realize through reviews from many other customers in the same situation. One month has passed since this message above, and no money has been brought back on our credit card.

I only want to make sure Guarantee Tickets will follow its own "Refunds and Returns Policy", which says: "Customers will receive 100% money back if an order is confirmed, but tickets are not supplied." Otherwise, I'll be forced to sue GT.

Do not ever use this company. Terrible customer service and now they have cancelled my order, and I have not got a refund.

C'est un site à éviter. Tout est faux dans ce qu'ils disent. Ils n'envoient pas les billets, ils ne remboursent pas, etc.
C'est une escroquerie, ils sont basés à Chypre, Ce matin j'ai été voir la police, j'ai engagé contre eux une réclamation via le FEVAD.
J'espère qu'ils seront arrêtés, et qu'ils arrêteront leur arnaque.
Je suis prêt à m'allier avec d'autres consommateurs afin de les démasquer à Chypre.

Kauft bei dem Haufen niemals Tickets . Karten für Fußballspiel Liverpool nicht bekommen , stellen sich dann tot und Geld geben die auch nicht zurück , Somit ist davon auszugehen das .......... am Werk sind .
Haben kein Impressum auf ihrer Seite und die sitzen in Zypern ??
Leider hat meine Tochter das alles zu spät gesehen . War teures Lehrgeld.

Like everyone else I ordered tickets for Real Madrid vs Barcelona match. It was cancelled on April 9th and I am not able to contact the seller since then.

Ordered a ticket to a man united match. The only thing they were quick at was taking the money. Otherwise they never delivered the tickets, never replied to the 10+ emails I've sent them, never answered their hotline and ironically the live chat wasn't working. DO NOT buy from this site. They're either scammers or have horrible at running a business.

Site à éviter absolument. Le prix des places est élevé, puis les billets n'arrivent pas. On ne peut pas les contacter par mail, par téléphone. Les pages Facebook, Tweeter, et Google + ne fonctionnent.
Les garanties semblent être valables, mais il ne faut pas les croire.
Je suis entrain de porter plainte contre eux. Les places du match j'ai pu les avoir directement au stade, ils y en avaient une centaine de places libre et bien moins chers. 110 euros vs 40 euros.
Alors passez votre chemin ...

I have just claimed a refund from my credit card .... they have refunded me without any problems... hopefully you can all do the same ....also for anyone who has paid by debit card (with the visa logo on it) you can claim a charge back into your account good luck all x
