After being let down by another ticket agency, was reluctant to use another. However, whenever we called the telephone number, we were always able to speak to somebody helpful, had email responses and needless to say, our tickets were delivered when they were supposed to and handed over personally. I had never bought tickets from 3rd parties and was really very nervous as had heard bad reviews and stories. However, speaking to the team at GT, I felt comfortable and decided to buy 2 tickets for the El Classico "Barca vs R.Madrid"
I reached Barcelona and called the contact, he came and delivered tickets to hotel, however, they were not together! I was unhappy and he said he will try and fix the problem.
I called the main office and even on Sunday, Benjamin answered and said he will get me tickets together. After an hour, I was offered 2 seats in the Premium section for only 100 euro extra each. (this section is where the president sits)
Me and friend had a wonderful experience at the best seats in the stadium thanks to the team of GT and their excellent communication and assistance on the day. I will only buy from them and highly recommend buying from them as they did everything and more to honour the deal.

it has been a dream to watch el classico live from the stadium. I used guaranteetickets.com to purchase the tickets but i had huge fear that they won't be delivered. Two days before the match , i got an e-mail with the tickets ( e-tickets) . I printed them and went to the match with them . The moment they checked the tickets i was nervous but thanks good they were 100% good . I had the chance to enjoy the match even though my team lost ( real madrid ) .
