"15 days order not received"

I got a lemon grass lip balm through Ipsy and found the company online and ordered some for friends and some hand lotions. I had the opportunity to win a discount and won 50% off which was not applied to my order. I emailed about it and never got a response. 15 days later I’ve had no response and still waiting for my order to Canada.

"Lost my money"

I ordered with bubble t and emailed their constumer services about a package I received which was missing an item I payed for. This email was ignored, I then tried contacting through social media in which was ignored and deleted. I’m not impressed by the company and they fact that I didn’t receive a reply, my money back or the product I order. I shall not be buying from here again.
