"I ordered Bath crumble which arrived…"

I ordered Bath crumble which arrived crushed into small pieces. As packaging is not damaged Bubble tea cosmetics doesn't want to send me replacement or refund. They told me to return this items at my cost. I didn't order bath dust,I ordered bath crumble which arrived crushed like a dust. I am very,very disappointed with the way they dealt with my complaint.
I ordered this items,4 of them in total,as xmas gift and cannot use it. I am left with no gift or money.

Order a few things and had my confirmation email. A week passed & I heard nothing in regards to shipping. I emailed customer service to be informed my order was 'making it's way through the warehouse'..I left it a few days and I had still not received a shipping confirmation. I emailed back to then be told my order was not sent out due to an item I ordered had sold out, I received no email informing me of this! I then swapped the sold out item for something of the same value and was told I'd hear back from shipping within the week. Almost 2 weeks after I first made the purchase my order arrived! Although I must say - the lady who some what resolved my issue was brilliant.

I ordered a gift over a week ago but I still haven’t received. All I had was an order confirmation telling me they will notify me when dispatched, but nothing. I have emailed twice to chase it up but have had no reply. No phone number, not sure how I’ll get my money back. Definitely wouldn’t waste your time. Shame as I was excited about the bath confetti! My niece would have loved it for her bday. :(

I ordered a bath bomb set for my kids birthday. i ordered it one week ago, and it was supposed to be despatched within 2 days! NOTHING. i have emailed 3 times since then and not one reply. TERRIBLE customer service. i will never order from this company again.

I usually use the lemongrass and green tea hand cream and thought I would try the hibiscus & acai berry tea hand cream and I'm glad I did, what a beautiful smell. Both hand creams are really good quality, I have bought many products from bubble t and have never been disappointed. Very good quality and really quick delivery every time.
