"My product barely has any scent"

One of the shower gels I bought, the Strawberries and Cream, has no scent, it's nothing like its reviews saying 'good enough to eat, gorgeous etc'. These reviews actually made me desperate to try it, but now its here and has no scent it's more fool me The company have so far ignored each of my emails about it which is unfair and unprofessional as a customer has totslly wasted their money. I do not understand as other products I've had in the past have been lovely so it feels it's a very hit or miss range. I don't feel inclined to want to use this company again which is a shame as there is a new item listed which I had hoped to try but based on this experience I am now cautious.
