"Late order, missing item"

Ordered on 20th Oct. Finally received order on 5th Nov. One item is missing. No response from customer service after sending many emails. Very lovely products but rubbish service, would buy products again from a stockist not this site.

The parcel took longer than expected to arrive and 2 of the 6 shower gels I ordered had cracked and leaked over the other products. Nice smells but don’t think I’d order again

"Ordered a gift set of 6 bath/shower…"

Ordered a gift set of 6 bath/shower gels and one of them had leaked contacted customer service and was sent a replacement within a few days. They smell divine can't wait to use them!!!

"Poor customer service"

Good products but terrible customer service. They do not reply. Order not delivered. DPD did not even attempt to deliver just returned it. I have now been chasing a refund or a re-delivery for a month. Can't seem to get through to anyone. Once again another company that does not look after their customers.

I still haven’t received my order (17 days later). I have sent many emails to various people and yet still no response/apology. I am very disappointed as I was so looking forward to trying Bubble T.
