I have been trying to get my withdrawals paid to my bank account for 10 days now . Keep sending my ID verification which they say is blurred . Their links in their e mails do not work or send me to another site ! They are quick to take your deposit but don’t seem to want to pay you your winnings . I am owed over £1000 and this situation is extremely frustrating. 5 days ago I was told the withdrawals were in progress and today I’m told my ID verification failed . Do not use this site . It’s the worst I have ever used . Have requested that my account is closed immediately after they have processed my withdrawals.

Update to this review . The problem was resolved after I had submitted further evidence of my ID . I am still disappointed that it took so long to sort out but my account was credited on the same day that the further ID evidence was sent . It may be that these sites should ask for ID BEFORE they allow you to deposit. Mansion casino, I have changed the review and the star rating. Thank you for taking the time to respond .
