Won £300 cant withdraw it so got in touch with customer service, who keep ending live chat and putting the phone down on me. Worst betting site i have used. 0 out 10 for me absolute shambles.. 😡

Avoid. Have used many online bookmakers. Tried this lot. After depositing and losing loads, have tried to withdraw my remaining balance and closed the account down. After a few days told failed security checks and need to send ID etc. Did that and a few days later get another vague email that it’s declined. Need bank statements this time. Funny how none of this is needed when you’re depositing money. Anyway just under a fortnight now and no sign of the cash I’ve withdrew or a response to an email I sent 4 days ago. Have made a complaint with the gambling commission and started a complaint with IBAS. Again avoid this sham of a operation. Have never experienced these issues with any other gambling company.

Each deposit has been taken twice by their card processing firm. First payment is open and therefore taken from my balance but then not claimed, a few days later they take a ‘delayed transaction’ noting the day the original payment they opened was. Therefore I was 150 pounds down on an account I only use for gambling (so therefore a negative balance ensued as I only load it with what I can afford I lose)

I emailed them with screenshot proof as I wanted to make an official complaint; the reply was kurt and rude and they had the cheek to block my account because they thought I may have been a gambling addict due to the fact 300 pounds had been spent which was their bloody fault in the first place. Now they ignore me! Great support guys - I was impressed to begin with but being treated badly due to their error has left a sour taste in my mouth!!!

This website is complete joke...withdraw takes ages...Verifying documents takes weeks...and they want even size of your shoe, type and color. Waiting to approve paypal transfer 48h??!! Money u have won- they have to approved it...they don't have a problem with deposits....once u want to withdraw u will wait 1000 light years..Customer service also is rubbish....Don't waste your time and money on this website...U will win nothing....Even if u will it'll take century to see that money coz they will ask for tons of documents...Worst website i ever seen in my life....Defo better places to play..

Attempt to withdraw the £100 and now I need specific proofs of ID to get my money back with no bets placed! 'picture quality isn't good enough' when sent (IPhone X camera!). Avoid, there's tons of bookmakers out there and none are close to as poor as Mansion

I've been waiting for four weeks for a withdrawal I made from their sportsbook mansionbet.com The withdrawal isn't even a large amount not that it would be acceptable to wait this long even if it was.

Don't bet with these idiots. I get given the run around on live chat every day with them. They stall then say the documents you've taken aren't of high enough quality (iphone8 camera fwiw) you sumbit them again they say they need something else..... etc etc etc... stall stall stall Don't bet with them is all I can say. They clearly don't like losing bets to customers.

I'd like to point out that the withdrawal was only processed within 48 hours because I copied in the uk gambling commission and IBAS into the email I sent them. They were still stalling citing security review until I did this.

At time of deposit I was offered withdrawal after playing 20X of the bonus amount (it clearly stated this at time of deposit). I tried to withdraw after playing 21X my bonus amount, wouldnt let me
I tried to withdraw after playing 25X my bonus amount, I was still winning good money, wouldnt let me
I tried to withdraw after playing 35X my bonus amount, wouldnt let me
And then my balance ran out shortly after
IN MY OPINION YOU SHOULD NEVER PLAY THIS CASINO - BAD BAD BAD - So many better options out there
