I should be thanking this casino to be honest, it was their awful practices that lead me to initiate a self exclusion from ALL online casinos using the facility at GamCare and I am so happy I did, I am finally claiming my life back.

Mansion Casino will do anything and everything they can to stop you from being able to withdraw your winnings. They are really not worth the hassle, because in the unlikely event you do actually win, they will not pay out. They will do everything in their power to stop you, and if they cant, they will leave your withdrawn funds in your account for a minimum of 3 days and send you countless emails during this time trying to temp you to undo the withdrawal and wager your winnings.

Customer services are, as almost every single other one of these reviews states, awful. They ignore what you tell them and just keep repeating themselves. Also, every single email that has been sent between myself and Mansion was answered by a different customer services rep, and none of them could be bothered to read the last emails in the thread so didnt have a clue what was going on, hence every single email I got I had to reply with all the details of my complaint again! In the end, I gave up and self excluded. I suggest anyone else does the same.

Really poor withdrawal times recently. Previously received them next day but now on the fourth day and still sitting pending on my account. Contacted customer support a couple times now and just receive standard policy answers - not been helpful at all.

I play at mansion casino and I have had a big problem with withdrawals. Twice I have reversed my withdrawals because of the length of time they take. I am at the moment waiting for a withdrawal that has been pending since Thursday. When I contact live chat the same people tells me it will take 2.3 days. Then I contacted them today and they are now saying 5 business days.
I like playing at mansion there games are great. I have told them to restrict me playing until I get my winnings and they were helpful. They said I should get my money by 9th which is Wednesday. I hope

Any one who plays slots, avoid this company at all costs. They have a very common theme with not paying out between midnight and early hours.

I lost 3 grand with a maximum of 20 pounds back on 1 bonus game. If you think this is “random” and believe these frauds then you need serious help.

I have reported these to IBAS to see how regulated there tech is. Go to sky Vegas or elsewhere.

There are plenty of forums with negative feedback with these fraudsters.

Just to top it off. Another mafia company who avoids paying taxes by being based in Gibraltar. Don’t feed them anymore. The more negative feedback, the more we will bring them to a close.

Just reading these reviews and I don't think the majority of them are fair . I am new to the site and won a fair amount . I had to upload some docs for I.d as I have in other sites too. I was seeing an issue when i tried to withdraw from casino saying amount available was 0.00. A quick conversation on live chat fixed it. Yes its processing and says it can take 3 days to process. If you "can't wait" then you prob shouldnt be putting your cash in at all and If you can't trust yourself to not reverse it then that is down to you not the company. When people want to check reviews they look for accurate details of the company and website not have to trawl through everyone's gripes because they lost their dosh. That's the gamble guys. I've found it an ok website seems fair enough as I never felt hopeless at any tables. Not as elegant or hi Tec as others but all I care about is the feeling of fair play and that a win is possible. I more than doubled my money on both occasions and left happy. Had I lost !! I would have blamed me.
