"I've had a horrid time with MansionBet"

I've had a horrid time with this company. I get that verifying my documents is a legal process and have no problems with that but the way I've been treated is disgusting in my opinion. Firstly i deposit £50, win £95 and then my account gets denied until i verify myself which i'm ok wit. I've been asked to supply a passport picture, bank statement, picture of my debit card which seems no issue to me, i send those off in perfectly readable quality and they reply back about 3 hours later that these are 'low quality' and i also have to send a 'selfie' in the words of customer support, beside my passport with all corners showing, no flash and using my back camera!? Is this just me who finds this near impossible and also very silly. Although i found this request obscene, i went through with it. So i re-send my passport, my selfie with the passport, my debit card, my bank statement off to the verification team and about 9 hours later i receive a message saying that they can't read any documents when they clearly can!! It's perfectly readable and also there is a flash showing in my selfie. I'm so mad, i've basically lost that £95 because i'm not going to be able to access my account.

Join this website and had my documents approved and account verified early on 14th March. Today when I checked at 13:00hrs the withdrawal is still pending and no response to my email. Does seem they try their best to tempt one into reversing the withdrawal by leaving it hanging in pending. I would agree this is not good for the community and a fair company would realise this and stop the practice. Surely this is not condoned by the UK authorities? No major companies I have knowledge of do this 'cancel withdrawal' option.
I have always believed if you think something is unfair, speak with your feet and leave...

This is the worse betting website I've ever used. I bet on sports which it says it offers a cashout service which never seems to be there. And I don't see how it let's you put money after money in no.questioms asked but soon as you want to withdraw money you have to upload docoments. I was stuck on a live chat for an hour trying to get my money. They was asking for full pics of my bank statements and bank cards and driving linence they shouldn't need to see all this.
