Having the same problems as some other people here it seems. Opened my account and deposited £100, went through the verifying process. Sent my bank statement, birth certificate and photo ID. They are claiming my DOB is different on my ID to my account when I know I entered it correctly. Asking for MORE identification now which I don’t have. Now I’m £100 down and I haven’t even placed a bet, irritating to say the least
