Not the worst online casino I have experienced but not the best. Customer service is not great but my biggest issue is having to wait days for your withdrawal to be sent out. Takes 5 days on occasion for some reason. Minimum is 3 days wait

They closed table three bloody times within 20 minutes. What have made impact on the game. Once the first roulette table was suddenly shut, they did offer to choose another table, so I did so, after 12 minutes of play at the second table they did the same thing.
Therefore, I believed it is not going to happen third time as this would be ridiculous to advice players to move to a different table every 10 minutes! Well they did shut it again.
So, I had to contact customer support and explain this, however, the guy there was playing a fool telling me to update device, check the connection etc where the clear evidence with screenshots was submitted for a review. He didn’t want to accept the fact of what was actually happening and conversation with him was pointless. I also contact them via phone, however, it wasn’t any help at all.
They thanked me for pointing this issue out so they will look into it to fix this problem. But they didn’t admit this as their own fault and obviously refused to refund the original amount that I lost due to their stupid procedures that cause players to loose.
Well, I had to ask for compensation before leaving them a bad review.
Let them enjoy the money they made me loose. I’ve withdrawn the remaining balance and closed my account as there was no guarantee this rubbish wouldn’t happen again!

Definitely leaves a bad taste using this site. They have virtually no controls when it comes to depositing gleefully being accepted. But upon withdrawing, there are what one would expect as legitimate verification requirements. The thing is, you submit valid ID documents like UK full driving licences and bank statements and they still claim as invalid or unacceptable with no comms at all requiring you to chase up at every step yourself.

Awful customer service, only took my address and card details to happily start taking money. When it came to withdrawing money, totally different story, took me nearly a week to get my money, customer service was worse than useless. Once I eventually got my money I emptied my account.

I wouldn't even bother with this company they told my sister they was processing her withdrawal over email on Friday they told her it was first in line even has email evidence and they now still tell her on the phone it's waiting to be a approved on day 9 my sister is also pregnant with her first child and suffers from severe anxiety which they also know but here she is still no funds received and going out her mind to the point she has taken it Futher. Shame.on you
