"Scam Scam Scam, Unable to withdraw my money!!"

Joined up, everything seemed ok, deposited and withdrew for a few months without any problem. When i felt that the games were playing worse and worse over time, i decided to close my account, stupidly i forgot there was a £300 withdraw still pending but i thought it would be fine as i read some of their print and it said any money owed would be or left in the account would be deposited in to the bank. Over a week later and i was still waiting for my £300. I logged on and spoke to a customer service representative and i was told that i hadn't verified my account and they could not release the money until this was done.
Amazing how i all of a sudden i needed verifying when i close my account with a withdraw still pending. Never in the months that i was playing did i need to verify!!!!
I've been reading some of the reviews and i am doubtful i will get my money now, no matter what i send them. I'm pretty sure they do this on a regular bass, in the hope that a lot of people will get fed up and just count it as a loss and bad experience. It doesn't matter to the site because if i've closed my account they know i'm not coming back anyway!

Mansion Casino is a joke! I had to upload documents which i did 5 different times and they kept telling me they were too blurry even though i uploaded on their site where it takes a picture using their camera. It does not accept the picture if its not clear but it accepted mine several times, the support team kept delaying and saying they were still blurry! B.S! Meanwhile you can't withdraw until you're verified and i had made nearly 5k and couldn't cash it out. The tactics these people use are criminal, delay delay delay until you get fed up and then realize you will never get your money back. What ended up happening? Nothing from them just more excuses, so what do you end up doing? Betting large because you're frustrated and end up losing it all... These and all online casinos are b.s, think twice before using them. Never again will i use these sites!
