Ok Guys please stay away from Mansion Casino, its a scam. I deposited £850, while ups and downs playing classic roulette I reached £2232, I decided last bet and i am done. I well remember I placed 100 something bet I lost and I quit. I went back to main menu and I was shocked to see my balance £785. I thought it may take few mins to update my balance. I contacted them via emails/live chat. One customer service provider (Mark) confirmed one time i have reached balance of £2232 balance and he disconnected. I could not contact them even when I tried to log in to my account, access was denied for a while, i tried contact them again via chat this time I wrote with Mary P., she said £2232 was my bet amount, they declined every time when i contacted them that I have won. At last I withdrew my £785, because I didn't trust this casino at all. When we play roulette our actual balance shows up not the betting amount that you have placed. Very disgusting. Made biggest mistake to join this casino. Very very disappointed and I request them here to give me their ADR so that I can escalate this issue.
