Amazing service we receive our furniture in great order.The guys are really polite they take all furniture upstairs and they took off their shoes. They called 30 minutes before the delivery. Really good service

They had no idea where my item was on the truck
Did not put in situ or remove packaging
It was well packed I haven’t inspected item yet but JL is not as it used to be and there is no real service anymore it’s just like everywhere else ‘blessed if you expect nothing’

Tidied up after self’s asked her if she was happy with job she said yes but didn’t get a good look after gone I checked
side draws placed near headboard should have been placed the draws towards the bottom of bed, not top end of bed. Shame

They traipsed some kind of oil based dirt all up our new stairs carpet. It won't come off, after much scrubbing. We're going to have to pay to get the carpets cleaned professionally, and hope for the best. They also left a large, deep scar in the wall.
