Well I would give them -10 Reference king size mattress was told they would ring me to arrange day/time and that it would be taken to bedroom.
Ring 35 minutes before them bumped it in hallway.
I work in a hospital and had to take time out to come home and sort it out costing me £30.00 in taxes money losted as I was working o/t and they told the company they had rang me day before when they had not.
Do not use them. Disgusting service.

A great delivery service, I asked if they'd ring an hour before arrival as my husband is very ill and I needed to move him and they rang on time. Very quick to remove old bed and bring new one in. I'd definitely use again.

Arrived within the delivery window. Arrived very courteous put items in my room required great service would recommend

Very unhelpful. Dropped a new sofa inside the front door and refused to move it into sitting room saying it was a hallway delivery only.

They provided us with a fantastic service. They had to deliver a large mirror, but also we needed to return one that had broken. They unpacked the new mirror and then carefully repack the old mirror. They were really wonderful.
