Easy to order… love the rug…came sooner than accepted…great company to work with.

I had a very odd experience,
I had a rug in my cart, was checking out, connected to paypal, (that’s an option when checking out) and before I could even hit “place secure order” I got a text notification from my bank that the exact amount of the rug had came out of my account. I was stunned because I had not finished checking out. The charge did say pending, and it was on a sunday. I decided to not finish checking out as I was feeling uneasy. the next morning, I got an email with a good discount offer if I was to come back and finish the transaction. something like 10-15% off. so, I checked my bank, with it being monday morning the funds were re-released back into my bank, so I went through with the transaction. I got a notification that my rug was shipped out an hour later. So, i’m guessing it was just a weird way of paypal making sure I had the funds to pay in the first place. it still made me feel really weird. However i did so much research on the company before i even decided to place the order and everywhere online said that plush rugs has great customer service & a good rating. Anyway, between the discount & how quickly it shipped out, I’m happy. Can’t wait to see what the rug looks like. I got an 8x10 for under $300 and it looks very cute & modern on the site. Hoping it looks just as good in person. I would suggest using your card & not paypal to check out to avoid what happened to me. it almost completely scared me off from the site.

We received a lovely rug and pad very quickly and efficiently. And, I have to add, I accidentally had used my billing address as my shipping address (in the middle of a move so my card was still under my old address) and Lindsay, the order specialist, was incredibly kind to fix everything so quickly. We received them on time and the rug looks wonderful in the space.
