I originally left a negative review after receiving a rug in the wrong color—what I ordered was Fudge/Chocolate, but what arrived was more of a blush pink and black, which was completely different from what I expected.

The rug itself looked great and matched the advertised style, but the color discrepancy was disappointing. To make things more frustrating, it initially appeared the rug wasn’t returnable.

However, after reaching out to customer service, I received a quick and kind response letting me know it was indeed returnable. I even received a personal phone call from a company representative who sincerely apologized for the error and explained the issue with the manufacturer.

While the rug didn’t work out, the outstanding professionalism and genuine care I received completely turned my experience around. It’s rare to feel that valued as a customer these days, and because of that, I wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again in the future.

The rug we ordered arrived on time. We are more than just satisfied with our purchase! The rug looks gorgeous and made our living room look spacious & more classy. It looks way more plush when you set eyes on it than in pictures. While the “feel” you experience when you step on it can be described as soft & smooth, the materials it is made of looks durable. This purchase is definitely well worth it!
