It’s been over a month since we ordered rug. Had to send several emails and phone calls before finding out what the hold up was and still do not know…
Supposed to get it this week. We will not order from this company again!

Rug was not as depicted yet they charge return fees because of a false disclaimer that there may be variation in color. The rug I received was drastically different than the photos and no difference in lights will change the color that much. Companies like this deserve class actions.

I really appreciated notification about a delay in shipment. They gave me the choice to either wait for the product or to request a refund. Although I chose to wait, I felt valued as a customer knowing that my satisfaction was a priority for them. And btw, my rug showed up 2 days later.

The delivery company only delivered one of the two rugs I ordered and marked both as delivered which obviously caused a bit of a headache as well as some anxiety…but plush rugs was prompt in locating the missing rug and making sure it was delivered the next day…both rugs are beautiful and were packaged immaculately and I will definitely buy my next rug here

"I was sent the wrong rug and it's been…"

I was sent the wrong rug and it's been a week and the claims team won't send me instructions on sending it back and sending me a new one. You would think they would want their customers to be happy and I am so close to just sending it back and demanding my money back and not shopping there again. This is ridiculous!
