Could not have been better! I changed my mind within hours of purchasing the rug and they were able to stop it immediately. The next morning I was sorry I stopped it. They reactivated it and were so patient with my insanity. The transaction was perfect, the rug was packed up so well, and I could not believe it and it came so quickly. 10+

doesn't say when out of stock on website. we specifically ordered a rug from plushrugs on 2/2/25 because it was the only company that listed a certain rug as in-stock. The next day, we got a message that the rug is out-of-stock and won't be delivered until April. I checked again today and the same rug is still not advertised as 'out of stock'.
Probably also not a good idea to send us serial messages to rate you while we wait for the backordered rug.
